![]() Unfortunately, the Minuteman-outfit (+8) doesn't have +E. Having high S opens more lockers but I dont know if it necessarily yields better items. The reductions in times in the table below are linear - each SPECIAL point added that applies to the outfit gives an approximately 1% reduction in time (a +7 outfit would give ~7% reduction). An entirely new addition to Fallout Shelter, Quests allow you, the Overseer, to step outside the vault with your Wasteland explorers for the very first time. For women, I think Piper's outfit works best, because it gives +8 total including +2 for E, and for males the Tattered Longcoat (Old Longfellow's coat), and they both give a boost to a wide VARIETY of stats, because all stats affect performance in the wasteland. According to the wikis Ive read, strength helps you open lockers, perception helps you find locations in the wasteland, and of course better luck yields better items. Giving +3, +5, or +7 outfits to your dwellers can significantly reduce production times. ![]() For Legendary outfits the cost plays a role for the production time as well. Production time for outfits are based on the rarity of the outfit and the combined SPECIAL lvl for the SPECIAL stat needed for the outfit recipe. ![]()
